Chemica's All New DTF PET Film

Suitable for a variety of textiles. This PET film for DTF printers is designed for quality, consistency, and ease of use.

Product Highlights:

• Consistent high quality film for complete print uniformity.

• Can be pressed onto most textiles.

• Peel warm or cold.

• Works with any DTF Printer.

Care & Maintenance:

• Respect the garment instructions.

• Follow the instructions provided by the printer manufacturer. Printing at 113° F and drying temperature 149° F.

• Always use pigment inks.

• Wait 24 hours before the first wash.

• Avoid the use of aggressive products.

• Preferably wash inside out to extend

design life.

• Do not bleach.


APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Step 1 – Print your pattern on PET film:

Select mirror printing, and print the pattern on the PET film.

  • Step 2 – Put hotmelt powder on:

Sprinkle the hotmelt powder evenly on the printed film, shake off the excess powder.

  • Step 3 – Drying printed PET film and melting powder process: Dry & melt hotmelt powder through conveyor belt or heat press. Via conveyor belt: set the temperature at 248 °F. Via heat press: 293°F, 20s.

  • Step 4 – Transfer the pattern:

Transfer onto garment with a heat press at 266°F - 10s or 284 °F - 8s. 
  • Step 5 – Peel while cold or warm
