Ultra-Rapos is a high quality, 120 Denier, 2-ply (900 gram tensile strength) 40 weight polyester thread. Ultra Rapos colors are filament dyed and not post-processed. This thread is never any vat over-dyeing; you will receive the benefits of having a strong, high quality thread without variance from lot to lot. Its high sheen and exceptional color, and the silk like shine of rayon and silk thread, will help you maximize the efficiency of your embroidery experience.

Colorfast:

Ultra-Rapos polyester embroidery thread is extremely colorfast. Where traditional materials are susceptible to discoloration especially under severe conditions of repeated washing and bleaching. Ultra-Rapos polyester is dyed to endure these conditions without disc-coloration.

Strong:

Ultra-Rapos polyester is exceptionally strong. It is resistant to breaking because of its measured strength of 900 grams.

Knot-less:

Ultra-Rapos polyester is virtually "knot-free". White other threads have knot on individual strand due to previous breaking in the winding process, Ultra-Rapos does not, and this accelerates running time.

Luster:

Ultra-Rapos polyester is a synthesis of silk material and therefore has the luster appearance of pure silk and rayon.

Instructions:

Upper Thread Tension is recommended to be 120 grams

Drying is done using the highest technical standards: however, due to the fact that color shades may differ slightly font dye-lot to dye-lot, please use your own discretion when combining threads form different lots. You should run preliminary tests to determine that the dye-fastness of Ultra-Rapos is suitable for his intended use.

Please use the heat-cutting technique carefully since the material is polyester.

Ultra-Rapos are manufactured and quality controlled to the highest possible standards. However, since neither the manufacturer nor any Ultra-Rapos representatives have any control over washing, dry cleaning and pressing, and since the value of the thread is so disproportional to the value of the material on which it is sewn, Ultra-Rapos representatives (including the manufacture) are not responsible for any damage that could occur.
